We always strive to provide you a hassle free shopping experience but in case you receive a defected/damaged product or a product that is not same as the one you have ordered, we would replace/refund the product at no extra cost.
When receiving the shipment, please ensure that the packaging is not damaged. Please do not accept the package in case it is open or tampered. Mail us or call us at our customer care centre along with details of the order number.
In case the product you have received is not the one you have ordered
You need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We would either replace the product (subject to availability of the product) as soon as possible or refund 100% cost of the product, depending upon your request.ProteinsIndia.com shall bear the cost of return shipping.
Conditions for return:
1. Please intimate us of the receipt of the incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery.
2. All the Item(s)/Product(s) should be UNUSED and in their original condition. The original tags and packaging should be intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
3. The return packets should be packaged appropriately so that there the goods do not get damaged in transit.
In case the product you have received is defective/damaged
You need to intimate us of any manufacturing defects or damages to the product within 48 hours of the delivery, and we will ship a brand new replacement of the product to you at no extra cost. ProteinsIndia.com shall bear the cost of return shipping.
Condition for Replacement:
1. Items damaged due to misuse of product are not covered under the policy.
2. Consumable items that have been used shall not be replaced.
3. Products that have been tampered with or missing serial numbers are ineligible for replacement.
How does it work?
Contact our Customer Care Centre at 9650250999 to intimate us about the incorrect/damaged product. Please ensure that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Send a picture of the incorrect/damaged item to us at help@proteinsIndia.com with the subject line “RETURN”.
Once your return/refund request is validated, one of our executives will get back to you either by email or phone regarding the same. You will either be asked to mail the product back to us at address specified at that time or a pick up would be arranged from your location.
For the refund, it is mandatory that we receive our product back in 14 days from the date of delivery.
After we receive the product, our quality team would check for the originality of the product. Please ensure that the tags and the packaging are intact and the product is unused. If the product is found eligible for refund/replacement we will dispatch the new product/refund within 7 days of our receiving the product.
The refund would depend on the mode of payment made by you.
1. If the payment has been made by the credit/debit card or through Net Banking, we would reverse the transaction
2. If the mode of payment is cash or cheque, we would issue a cheque in the registered name of the user
Please wait for 7-10 business days to receive the refund after your return is processed.
The return shipping charges would be refunded in store credits. You can use your store credit for future purchases from us.
