Directions for Lipo 6 Ultra Concentrate

• Take three caps in the morning, 3 caps in the afternoon.
• Never take lipo 6 black within 6 hours of sleep.
• Do not take more than 6 BLACK-CAPS PER DAY.
• Consume at least 30 minutes before a meal. It is much more effective when not taking with meals.
• LIPO-6 Black works the best when use in cycle. recommended cycle for Lipo-6 black is 2 months. You need to take 4 weeks off-period after a bottle.
